The customer service is horrible at this store. If you call absolutely nobody will pick up. If you go to the store there are a lot of employees standing around but nobody will help you. If you ask for help they will say they don't work in the dept. I go to Best Buy (same owners) but they seem to be a little better at taking care of you.

I called there on Tuesday June 8 2010 at 10:15 am and tried to get someone from the Camera department to pick up the phone. After trying twice, I gave up. Why can't someone pick up the phone when it is obvious that a customer is waiting on the other end of the line. You just lost a sale!!!!!!!!!!!

There adds in the phone book are not the same as over the phone. They charge more than Dominos or Pizza Pizza. The food isn't as good as most other pizza places.

My experience at Thuan Kien was less then pleasant. The service I received was rude and unprofessional. My party and I were insulted and will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone! I would also like to add that it was my birthday!
