Maybe they are changing. Seriously, they went way above and beyond the call for me. I didn't have a leg to stand on and they not only took back the frustrating product, but the ink cartridges too!! Couldn't be more thankful. I had two staff and a manager working steadily with me. I've always found the staff there really helpful. Amazing Service. I took back a printer that I was soo soo frustrated with, but didn't have the reciept nor a purchased warranty. They looked through three months and found the reciept in their system, returned the printer and even the used up print cartridges because of the problem and then set me up with a fantastic new printer. Couldn't be more impressed. Didn't have to help me at all, but went way out of their way to support me. Thanks thanks thanks!! |
