Easily the best breakfast in Guelph, Eggcetra is a relaxing, friendly environment that serves some of the best tasting, largest portions I've ever enjoyed. Lesser known is its great express lunch menu, my favourite of which is the daily panini special with comes with a full serving of soup. You can't beat the value, but I'd gladly pay more for this food.
