Don't be fooled by its ordinary appearance: Minato Sushi an outstanding restaurant. The staff are friendly, the chefs are outstanding (and Japanese), the tea is great, and the food is very high quality. I have yet to find a sushi restaurant that does better BC rolls. I always head for Minato when I'm in the mood for sushi, but remember that on the weekends they open at a relatively late five o'clock. After that, the place is crowded until they close. That's a very good sign. |
